Privacy Policy: By sending a dedication, you give us permission to use the information you send us to share your dedication on the radio and on the Internet. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, your City, and the name and City of the person you're making a dedication to, as well as the dedication itself.

Although we do not plan to broadcast email addresses, you agree to hold us harmless if we accidentally squeeze one out or broadcast and/or publish your dedication incorrectly. In addition, if you leave the newsletter box checked when you make your dedication, we'll add your name to our newsletter email list. If you ever want to leave the list, please contact us at info@killeroldies.com and let us know.

We do not share the names of the folks who make dedications here with any outside agency, and we do not knowingly accept dedications from individuals 13 years or under.

We do use cookies in our music store (it's part of our 3rd-party e-commerce solution) and our Web server logs information about our visitors, like most servers do, including IP address and network used to access our site, and in some cases, what equipment and software versions are being used (like what browser, computer and operating system). This allows us to set up our servers to work better, and it lets us provide more content to the folks who frequent our site most often.
